At just 3.39 kg (including battery), stelos is travel-friendly yet powerful enough to take on the most demanding shoots. With 800 joules of flash energy and the ability to fine-tune output across a full 10 f-stop range, it delivers the muscle you need without sacrificing mobility. Whether in the studio, on location or halfway around the world, stelos makes the world your studio.
And like every broncolor system, it’s built to last. A rugged housing protects against shocks, dust and splashes, while Swiss precision manufacturing ensures years of dependable use.
Colour Control Like Never Before
One of the most exciting firsts for stelos is variable flash colour temperature control – a feature previously reserved for high-end power packs such as Satos. Depending on your power setting, you can shift the flash colour temperature from -100 K to +800 K, unlocking new creative flexibility.
stelos is the first monolight to transform the traditional “flash curve” into a perfect rectangular shape – the light is either “on” or “off”. In t.01 (opt) mode, stelos optimizes colour intensity and flash duration across the entire power range for the best possible colour temperature, freezing fast moving subjects without motion blur. In HSS (High Speed Synchronization) mode with extremely short camera shutter speeds, stelos reduces light intensity so it remains constant throughout the flash duration for even illumination without gradients.
The LED modelling light adds even more control, adjustable from 2700 K to 6500 K. Whether you’re shooting warm portraits or crisp daylight scenes, you’ll always have the perfect preview of your final image.

Smarter Power with V-Mount
stelos is powered by a high-capacity V-Mount lithium battery, delivering over 300 full-power flashes on a single charge. The quick-change design keeps downtime to a minimum, while charge status LEDs ensure you’re never caught off guard.
Charging is equally versatile: use the included 140-watt fast charger or any standard USB-C charger. You’ll always have options – whether you’re in a studio or in the middle of nowhere. You can even charge while still using your stelos (only with the broncolor V-mount battery or other V-mount batteries with USB-C charge capabilities).

Intuitive, Modern Controls
On set, time is money – and stelos is designed to keep you moving. With only two buttons, one rotary/push dial and a bright customizable LCD display, it’s quick to set up and simple to operate. The high contrast display can be customized from a minimalist, clean interface or display all parameters at once for complete control.
Connectivity is just as seamless. stelos is fully compatible with broncolor RFS 2 and 3 transmitters, the bronControl app and the bronAPI for integration into complex lighting setups. And thanks to built-in WiFi, firmware updates are wireless and effortless.
