Vanguard VESTA GO 204CB Carbon Fibre Travel Tripod Review

I absolutely love my Vanguard VESTA GO 204CB carbon fibre travel tripod. As someone who travels with my camera a lot, having gear that’s both reliable and easy to carry is incredibly important—and this tripod delivers on both.

The first thing that impressed me was how light it is. The Vanguard VESTA GO 204CB is remarkably light, weighing in at just 2.1 lbs. To put that in perspective, that’s about the same weight as a standard 1-liter bottle of water. The carbon fibre construction makes a huge difference when you’re on the move all day. It doesn’t weigh down my bag, which is a big deal when every ounce counts during travel or long shooting days.

What I appreciate most is how well it fits my travel setup. The VESTA GO 204CB folds down compactly and slides perfectly into my camera bag, so I can take it anywhere without needing extra luggage or straps hanging off my backpack. It’s the perfect balance between portability and stability.

Despite being so lightweight and compact, it still feels sturdy and dependable when I’m shooting. Whether I’m capturing landscapes, city scenes, or long exposures, it gives me the stability I need without adding bulk to my kit.

For travel photographers or anyone who wants a tripod that’s easy to carry without sacrificing performance, the VESTA GO 204CB has been an excellent addition to my gear.
