St. Mary's, Wilno

Wilno, Ontario is an interesting little community that is the first settlement established by Polish immigrants to Canada. It is known for its arts and crafts and for this rather impressive church that dominates the settlement and has a commanding view towards a distant valley. This image was taken as a part of my comparison of the three wide angle zooms for the Canon system, and this week’s article focuses on the angle of view, distortion, and bokeh. It will be helpful to those of you trying to decide which of these will work best for architecture or interior shooting.
