The $50 Marshall monitor mail-in rebate is available only at authorized Marshall retailers and e-tailers in the continental United States and Canada. Rebate is limited to 1 purchase per customer. Rebate rights cannot be assigned or transferred or combined with any other rebate. Product must be purchased at an authorized Marshall dealer between 9/19/2011 – 11/30/2011. Completed form and required materials must be sent to address above with a postmark date on or before 12/15/2011. Marshall is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected or postage-due submissions. This offer is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Fraudulent submissions may result in federal prosecution under the US Mail Fraud Statutes. Keep copies of all materials submitted; originals become property of Marshall and will not be returned. Failure to comply with the rules of this promotion will make your submission invalid. Purchases from online auctions or unauthorized sellers are not eligible.
