Springboard – Fira Village at Dusk by Perry Mastrovito

Springboard Perrry Mastrovito Fira Village at Dusk Snatorini Greece Canon EOS 5D 24-105

Fira Village at Dusk. Santorini Island, Greece.
Anchored high on a steep rock face of Santorini Island in the Greek Isles, Fira village, with its traditional whitewashed buildings and houses, is a spectacular sight to see when it is illuminated at dusk. This shot is part of a series I photographed for my stock photoagencies during my five-day stay on the island in the fall of 2008.
Canon EOS 5D, EF24-105mm f/4L IS USM zoom lens at 73mm. Six second exposure at f/9.5, ISO 100. Manfrotto 190QC tripod with a #212 Manfrotto Joystick Ball Head. SanDisk CompactFlash Extreme III 4GB.
